Hi, I'm Hannah.
If you're here, chances are you're carrying a worry that never fully leaves your mind.
You see your teen struggling. Maybe they're constantly stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or doubting themselves. You've tried to help. You've had the conversations. You've searched for answers. And yet, you're still lying awake some nights wondering, "How do I help my child feel like themselves again?"
I know that feeling.
As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, I've worked with countless families facing these same challenges. But I've also struggled with anxiety personally and know how isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming it can feel. That's why I created Intentional Resilience Coachingāto provide the kind of personalized support I wished more teens and families had access to.
Today, I help teens build the confidence, healthy habits, coping skills, and resilience they need to navigate anxiety and life's challenges with greater ease. Because I don't believe teens are meant to simply survive their stress. I believe they can learn to thrive despite it.
